FAQ

  • What documents do I need to sell my vehicle?
    • The title of the vehicle in your name or with proper transfer documentation such as application for duplicate title.
  • Do I need to complete emission test or perform repairs before selling?
    • No, you are not required to do any work to the vehicle or perform emission inspection.
  • Once I post my vehicle, what’s next?
    • We will auction the vehicle, within 48 hours after you post your vehicle the highest offer will be presented to you. The seller may accept, reject, or place a counter offer. Only when you accept an offer we will mark your vehicle sold pending payment. After payment has been processed we will arrange to pick the vehicle up and forward this payment at the time of vehicle pickup.
  • As a buyer do I need to arrange for pickup and delivery?
    • All transportation will be arranged by Carharvest, Once you are awarded a vehicle you will be prompted to fill out exactly where you would like this vehicle to be delivered.
  • Once a vehicle is awarded to me, how long do I have to make payments?
    • By 5 pm the following business day.
  • What form of payments are accepted?
    • Wire transfer to the account provided to you. Check your email and app updates.
  • Who can purchase vehicles through Carharvest platform?
    • You must be a licensed dealer, dismantler, or exporter to purchase.
  • Once a vehicle is awarded to me, what’s next?
    • You will be prompted to provide a delivery address. We will calculate total cost including auction fee and transport charges and update your account. This payment must be completed by 5 pm next business day to avoid suspension or disruption in your buying privileges.
